Rosedale Hotel - Guangzhou

The singer and the bar staff are fantastic , the main reason I stay there.

I met the lady who runs the day spa , she is rude.

I like that we can walk from Hotel just 10 minutes and reach the big shopping area.

The staff and service is very poor, I stay at this hotel more than 6 times already and no record, no welcome back. I ask for the map and they just said no map without the reason why. Overall service is very poor and I do not want to stay at this hotel if I found the better choice.

The location of the hotel is good, I stayed I executive roon, room comfort is ok

Breakfast is poor, lobby bar is not good and expensive

Transportion is handy, it's literally on top of a metro station. It's away from the center of town, so traffic is not much of a problem.

I thought I was on a no-smoking floor, but the hallway smelled pretty smoky. The room didn't smell too bad, though.

The size of the king size bed was great; the breakfast buffet opening hours were good (you don't have to rush).

The room and halls of hotel look old; the bedroom was spacious with big bed but everything looks old with no real facilities. The TV was small and very, very old. All of this would be very acceptable for a budget hotel but not for a hotel this type. The value for money is quite poor.

I requested since booking to stay in the non smoking room, but the staff still put me in the smoking floor. So I requested to move and they move me to the room where smaller and cheaper than the cost I paid. So I denied to take it, finally, they moved me to the non smoking floor in the type of room that I booked. And it's such a waste of time!

he food is terrible.....the breakfast is so bad,i was sick one day.I was charged one price leaving and as i was in a hurry didnt check the receipt.they then took another 2ooo aus dollars off my creditcard without my permission....now i have to check who and how they took it.

I like the hotel because eventhough they never received the reservation from Booked.net: they gave us the room at a good price.

Never ever stay at this hotel because I had the most horrible exp, staying here. Resons 1. they promised there is wi fi but then it turned out it is only in the lobby. I could have still taken that but it was actaully available in the lobby restaurent and you had to pay there to drint and then you so called FREE internet... 2. Hotel staff as expecetd was horrible in english and very hard to explain. 3. My stay was extended by a day and i requested them to extend my check out date, ut to my serprise they refused and asked for three times what i was paying. DONT STAY HERE..U CAN GET MUCH BETTER HOTELS AT MUCH CHEAPER RATES.

location is good. rooms have poor lighting (dark)

Excellent location - very near metro station, near Pazhou complex. Good european breakfast. Good recreation facilities - swimming pool, sauna, gym. Good value for money.

Very slow internet in the room and wi-fi only in the lobby and 5th floor...

Its a very good hotel with a perfect location
